Are you looking for a real estate agent who’s going to have YOUR best interest in mind no matter what?! Look no further. We found Byron by chance but he was exactly the type real estate agent we were looking for. As first time homeowners, we had a lot of questions concerns etc and were worried how far we could take our budget. Byron was friendly, patient, and supportive but also honest. As a first time home buyers, you can get lost in the process and false promises, and deadlines. Byron Brenes assisted me thru the whole process. Byron was so helpful and so patient! He worked around our schedule and made sure we got to see all the houses we were interested in. The house we decided on had an owner that was a pain in the butt! We are so thankful for Byron because thanks to him it went smooth. And he didn’t give up on us ☺️.
He even helped and explained to us portions of the loan that we didn’t understand even though that was something that the loan agent was supposed to do.
