Coincidentally we have 2 claims with Desjardins, one car related and other property damage related. The team at Laura's office has been way more than amazing. Helpful, diligent, truly on top of things. They take the time to explain to you what's happening and escalate issues internally when deemed necessary. Our claim processes have been smooth, thanks to the help most of all, because of Ana Kourtesis. Again, big shout to her and highly recommend this agency to everybody.

When I call about my auto and home insurance rates and coverage, changes etc., I always get the information I require in a timely, respectful manner. I appreciate and value the personal and consistent response from Laura and her staff. Desjardins rates and coverage are very competitive. This insurance agent turned out to be a complete incompetent in his field. Instead of assisting clients, he creates additional problems and misunderstandings. His unwillingness to listen and address issues makes him the worst representative in the insurance industry. I strongly advise against wasting time with this agent! Moreover, he doesn't fight for clients and offers his services at an exorbitant cost, making the entire experience even more disappointing and costly.
