In my 25+ years as a Certified Financial Planner, I've seen my fair share of TPAs. None of them is perfect because there's no perfect client, little perfect data and this is, by its very nature, complicated. I've worked with the people at Summit for the better part of my career and I can say that they are the best I have dealt with. In that time, they handled many of my clients's plans, and they repaired plans that were screwed up by less-skilled actuaries. They also handle our 401k, profit sharing plan and defined benefit pension plan. You will find cheaper services out there but when you pay with peanuts, you work with monkeys. These folks are the real deal and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
