My husband went in to get something in there and noticed they had a tobacco product that he wanted. My husband is 33 and well of age. He didn't have his ID and was ok with not buying them but when he came out and told me I was excited and went in to buy some for myself. Cashier refused the sale because she thought I was buying them for him. I stated that I was buying them for me and she said because we are in the same car she couldn't sell them and then refused to sell my father in law (different car, different home and well in to his 60's) tobacco. I suggest she get a better attitude towards her customers because she is extremely rude.

On the upside, that chimichanga was top tier.

I have never been in that store before but I won't be coming in again.

Went in flick the lighter once 2 check he started yelling at me when I switched to a cheaper lighter I just looked at him ? stunned 40 yrs customer service so I pumped my gas and stewed a moment and went in and told them how rude they are.nvr cussed told them there always way RUDE.so I'm BANNED good I hated that place wife will be pissed ?

Stopped in to get something to drink. The soda coolers were disgusting!! There was dirt, dust, crumbs and looked like sodas had burst open. There was spilled soda in them. Definitely looked like the whole store could use a good cleaning!!! Come on Pit River take some pride!!

Mostly the staff is friendly, and they carry a lot of stuff in this store, with great gas prices, its like an all-in-one stop. Sometimes they're out of some of my favorite candy and it takes a while to get it back. ?
