I can see why this Wendy's is rated so low, now. Went there at night. They got the nuggets and fries order correct, but we also got plain patties (which you have to pay for a sandwich and get them plain, now, instead of just ordering the sandwich), with fresh onion on the side. She asked which cheese, not hearing us, and we said no cheese, onion, we said onion at least once more to clarify. Well, no onion, and they gave us cheese.

We also asked for the Thin Mint frosty, but when we got up to the window the girl gave us a chocolate one. We tried to correct it, but the girl had an attitude. A different girl asked if we wanted to wait for one nugget, because we got a 20, but they were short and it'd take a minute to fry them up, but we said it was fine. She was nice, the other girl was really short with us and didn't seem to want to be there.

Not recommend at all. I love wendys bit this is one of the worst ones you can visit. They day they are understaffed when in fact they ha e plenty of staff that just doesn't know what they are doing at all. Its always slow and when you finally get your order count on it being wrong. I went back twice to fix it finally I got fed up and gave up this is why they get a 1 star from me. I'll keep posting because they do not deserve the 4in a half stars they have at all and ill put in my efforts to assure that rating drops....

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and the manager… she has a stick up somewhere it shouldn’t. Never had good service here and the food is good when they get your order right, but that’s rare or your sandwich isn’t even stacked it’s falling all over the place. If you work for customer service, you should have at least be a decent attitude Don’t have to be super friendly, but you have to be pleasant to people and that woman is not.

I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews and certainly not one for a major fast food chain, but this is specifically for the young man at the window of the Wendy's in Riverdale and i truly hope he sees it: Thank you for your kindness! I was there with my (8 month old) corso puppy this evening to perk up what had been a rather crummy day for the two of us, and your enthusiasm and excitement over my pretty girl, as well as the special treat you so generously provided for her, was the highlight of our day. It was also a surprising example of customer service that I never expected to experience with my chicken sandwich. So again, thank you! My pup loved her nuggets and I'm greatly appreciative!

Went through the drive through, they made us wait about 5 minutes before even taking our order, at which point they managed to mess up 2 out of 4 items, which we had to correct at the window. They also messed up our modifications to the sandwiches we got.

They did fix the mistaken items at the window, but i understand why this wendy’s is so poorly rated, id recommend going to another one nearby instead.

I have never had problems at this location. Everyone is usually upbeat and nice. Today I came through the drive thru and was greeted. As I went to place my order she asked for me to hold so she could take the payment from the other customer. She got back on and told her what I wanted. Pulled around and handed her my card. She basically tossed my food and card at me which threw me off already, then I asked if I could get 2 bbq sauces and she flipped off her headset and asked what I needed, you would have thought I asked her to go make the bbq from scratch. Emma needs to learn some customer service. Even if you're having a bad day, short staff or whatever is going on, you still have to pretend you're the happiest you've ever been with each customer. Have a better day!

Four of us walked in, stood there for 5 minutes, while every employee ignored us. Beyond rude. How can you not see 4 adults? We weren't wearing camouflage. One guy said "I didn't see them" even though he had looked directly in my eyes at least 6 times, but he kept turning away. Even the guy on fries looked directly at us. Even the pregnant woman, she may have been a manager. Then one woman came to the counter, with a mouth completely filled with food. I hope the owners see this because it is apparent the employees do not want to work, they are biding time for a paycheck. Also, drug test them. They act like they are so high they can't perform simple tasks. Tuesday 7-15-2025 @ 3:15pm.

I understand customer service of any kind is a tough job. I work multiple jobs and im a mom. I went originally to the 12th street ogden location but their card reader was down so we went to Riverdale because my MIL wanted Wendy's, we ordered 3 large meals and I went over the drinks for all 3 at the drive up Speaker, they refused to help me order one more drink after stating they are short staffed and they missed one whole meal entirely. I noticed it on my receipt an asked if they can correct it and they were absolutely rude and unprofessional complaining again about being understaffed and refused to fix it. So now I don't get dinner at all and it was just completely unacceptable and unprofessional and i wouldn't want that person to be my front line staff anywhere.
