The worst and most blatant and disgraceful breach of honesty and ethics I have ever experienced in Personal Insurance.

Before switching I was assured an At Fault Accident which I disclosed to the Quoting Agent Diana, was included in the almost too good to be true premium. 3 days later after taking my money, I was told whoopsie it went up $400-.

I reiterated 3 times to this Agent, "That accident was rated in the quote right"?

Yes, I was assured.

Even more diabolical is the Agency Owner JD condoning the actions of his staff!!! No Accountability, NONE! Just justification.

I still don't have my money back after being told it would take 7-10 days. Cancel date was the 4th.

Don't go here- no matter what!!!!!

The January storm brought down trees that ripped up my water main and crushed my barn. James Bowman, at State Farm in Cameron Park was expedient in helping get my claim started. While my damage was not near what many folks experienced, my State Farm folks were caring, quick to give me answers, and helpful.
