I encountered difficulty with the insurance carrier of the vehicle that hit me (Allstate) in accepting 100% responsibility, they initially only assumed 80% responsibility which was ludicrous. My insurance agent, Lora, with TWFG Insurance escalated the issue with Allstate (based on my numerous photos and filed police report) and was able to get Allstate to assume 100% responsibility quickly. I'm very pleased with the service from TWFG Insurance!
