Stay as far away from the Walnut Creek office as possible. Have never been treated so rudely by the staff member answering the phone. When I asked for a manager or supervisor I was told "we dont accept solicitation." Was hung up on several times.
Rude rude rude. I encourage anyone looking at them for future insurance to look elsewhere

Melissa Black took insurance payments from me and never paid the insurer. My property was left uninsured and I still haven’t received my reimbursement. She was very unprofessional and I am still fighting this case. Out $3,000.00 and now she ignores me from her mess up, leaving me no choice but to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

We LOVE working with Tami and have worked with her for over 11 years. She always calls just check in on us and just to see how we are doing. She always provides us with a rapid response to our email communications and while she may not know the answer at the time, she always communicates to us and does not leave us hanging. When renewing our services with her, she always makes sure to provide a wide range of options for us to choose, even though we may have scaled down the year before. She has been a great pleasure to work with!!!

We've been passed from account manager to account manager, sometimes without being notified. We've had to contact the owner to figure out why emails weren't being answered, only to learn that the manager we were contacting no longer worked there (and, apparently, they don't set up forwarders or bounces for terminated employees' email addresses). Apart from that, almost every interaction that we've had with them has been fraught. No response to emails until we prod them about progress on the issue in question. They lose documents and ask us to re-send. And they always blame delays on the insurance providers and never apologize. Overall, a real hassle to work with, and absolutely not reliable. 2 stars instead of 1 because we do get a good policy through them.

I just got the phone hung up by the receptionist, if you are a carrier trying to book a load early in the morning and you happen to be in the East coast this company wont be sending Insurance certificates until 11:00 am !!
