Wish I could leave 0 stars. We ended up canceling our recycling service because they would never pick it up and we actually want to recycle. If you try calling then you need to prepare to be on hold for a minimum of an hour and hope you get the right person that can help you. We filed “missed pickup” in online portal and that didn’t matter either. Once the service was finally cancelled they didn’t even pickup the left over cardboard that had piled up from the missed pickups, only the garbage bin. With all that being said, the fumes and toxins they put into the air are extremely bad for you and they do it very often. If you have a chance to use cards, I would highly recommend using them for better service at least.

WM has a courteous staff and has been consistently great. They communicate if there are any schedule changes due to holidays or other events. I appreciate the quarterly billing as well. Very satisfied customer.

my bill increased almost $100 over a three month span And when trying to get a hold of customer service, you are not able to speak to a live representative. If my area had any other option, I would never use WM.

I ordered new service and three weeks into the new service, i have not gotten a trash can and they have not picked up any trash from me but i was charged for it. I got my money back and trying another service provider. I called WM and they absolutely did not care that their customer service was abysmal. The phone number on the website were hard to find, extraordinarily difficult to get a person. Rotted customer service, the worst. The FAQ did not answer questions. They did not communicate what the delay is, their actions show they are not interested in residential customer service.

Didn’t deliver my bins for 2 months after ordering them. They then told me they would credit me for the rest of the quarter that I didn’t have my bins. They ended up not crediting me and charged me a $70 “resume service” fee. Tried calling their customer service line multiple times but get stuck on hold for an hour with nobody answering. Horribly ran company and I’m glad some of the local cities are tired of their games and switching to Cards.
