Wouldn’t let me set up an account and claimed “bag service only” when I moved to my new address. My neighbors haven’t had any issues for a year, now all of a sudden for the past MONTH no one will pick up our trash. We randomly don’t have any accounts, but they won’t let us set up an account Just please pick up our trash!

We have only used WM for a month in our new home, but so far, they have been a good company to deal with. Great customer service, and with the one pickup we've had, the collectors were conscientious about keeping trash from blowing away, and on time with their service.

I recently bought a house in Northwest Arkansas. In setting up the utilities before my move, I have had to deal with a variety of municipal services and private services. Waste Management was by far the easiest service to initiate. I could do everything online including setting up autopay. My bins arrived when they were scheduled to arrive and WM sent an email indicating when my weekly pick up day was. Very easy. Very customer friendly!

Update: Bins were delivered as promised and both trash and recycling have been picked up as scheduled. WM picks up recycling every week here!! WOW! Where I lived before we were lucky to have the recycling picked up every other week.

Still very satisfied with WM!!

I have had an overall good experience with Waste Management for years. They have reliable service and always let me know in advance what the holiday schedule will be, regardless of whether or not it is going to be interrupted, so I don't have to guess. I am currently sorting through things and, after going through a divorce, getting ready to move next year. So I requested a second trash can to make it easier to take care of things on a weekly basis. Trash day has become my catharsis and I take great pride in filling both cans every single week, and taking advantage of their once-a-month FREE bulk pick up day. It is very easy to sign up for that when signed into my account online. Other than a few hiccups in service when I first added the second can, I have had reliable service. Each Tuesday evening I am out there happily filling the cans with all the random junk that had been shoved into the attic over the years. So, yes, having a great company to pick up the trash reliably makes it all that much better. Their customer service reps are all friendly and helpful. I think they charge reasonably as well. So, yeah, if you happen to be out and about and see a woman merrily taking a picture of her full cans and sending it to all her friends .... that woman is likely to be me!

The bins are big enough to hide at least two body’s and they don’t even bother to look inside before they dump the bins. I trust them to dispose of my evidence errr waste every time.

My trash pickup is always reliable! Recently one of the wheels broke off my trashcan. I used the website to schedule a repair and they promptly fixed it. Very pleased with this company.

Used to be so easy to work with - I could call and get a live person on the phone. Now its impossible - been trying several numbers for 2 days. I will now just cancel all my 4 service locations.
