I called to find out on January 26 2022 to Phillips insurance in Sylacauga AL to find out why my mortgage insurance went up by 300$. The lady working there informed me she had no knowledge of how to see that information in the computer. I asked to speak with Mrs. Debbie but found out she was retired. So I called the insurance company myself. They told me why my insurance went up due to a state wide mandate of 10 percent. I asked the insurance company could I make changes to keep my insurance low they told me to call Phillips to make changes. I called Phillips back and the lady explained she had no knowledge of how to make changes on mortgage policies. Then I asked why was she hired in a position without proper training she then hung up the phone. I called back with the insurance company on three way and they told her by law she was required to help me. She told them the phone was disconnected but I happened to know they have caller ID. I am awaiting a call back later this week for help with a change in my policy. They informed me they have to get outside help to overlook changes that need to be made to my policy. Let's see if I can get a call back .
