Susan came to my mothers home to help with Moms final arrangements after Mom entered Hospice. Susan was 100 percent available for all the questions and concerns we had. No pressure, just gentle compassion every step of the process.

My father set up his own arrangements at Tri-City and when my father passed it could not have been easier. The folks were so helpful and knowledgeable that it took the burden of getting it done correctly, the way he wanted it and quickly. One call and it was done. The Paperwork was hand delivered to me. You could not ask for better people to help in your time of need. Once I met Susan, everything else fell in place. She came to us for everything that was done. I called them first because of the price..but.. within a few minutes of talking with her, she felt like family. There are no words for the love and care we were given during this time and even later when she brought the death certificates. To meet someone at a time like this and ending up being family, is very unusual. Please,please, please, when you need this service, call and talk to Susan. You will then know how we all feel about her and her family run service. My family will never forget the love we were given during this sad time in our lives!! Gwen Murrell and family!!

The best. Recommend 100%. My mother went into hospice about a month ago. She always said she wanted to be cremated and didn't want a lot spent on it, so I was looking for a reasonably priced cremation service. Found this one on Google yesterday, just a few hours before my mother passed away. Our hospice nurse called them for us. When she arrived, she was the absolute sweetest person anybody could hope for, especially given the circumstances. She explained everything thoroughly so I knew what to expect. We chatted about my mother and her crazy life before she was loaded up. She even told me that she'll bring the ashes and death certificate to us. I've let our hospice company, as well as family and friends, all know that this is who they should call. Not only are they the best, they're also the best priced!

There is no way I could recommend Tri State more highly. Susan is the nicest, most compassionate woman I know. She was there for me twice in the last year, when my husband died, and later when my son died. I’m not sure I would have gotten through it without her.
