I was a patient of Barb's for almost two years, I work in the home health care field and have referred many of my clients there. My mental illness had been under control and medicated, with the help of Darlene. Things were good and felt the need to no longer have services. Well, as bipolar goes, I had a manic episode and slip in a serious depression, I really needed help. When I ended services I was told to come back anytime.This was not the case. I called to see Barb, was scheduled two months out.The day before my appointment, the receptionist calls and tells me Barb refuses to see me because of rescheduled appointment time in the past. I always gave the appropriate time for the rescheduled appointment. Also, the receptionist was uninformed and spoke in a unsure voice. When I asked to speak to Vicki, the head therapist, said she will have her call me. I did get upset because I didn't understand, and was told I could not see another therapist. When help is needed, they are not the people to turn to. I felt like I reached out, bared my soul to the therapist and was left on my own when I really needed help. Apparently you can only have a mental health crisis on their time.

Great place with quality care (pun intended). So happy I came here. Everyone has been wonderful and a great help. They have counselors and a person for scrips on staff.

I’ve been with QCC for 16 months and Vicki is the kindest therapist around. I never feel judged or looked down upon. Very understanding and extremely patient. I recommend this practice.

I am not sure why this office is rated so low. My son and I both see them and I think that they do a pretty good job. I'm going to guess it's the hectic scheduling it is rather hard to get in to see them regularly. We see Angela and Vicky. I do have to say that I'm not fully convinced of the therapeutic benefits of counseling at this point since we've only been seeing them for about 6 months and have only had a handful of visits so far. Angela is doing some therapy play now with my son and I think that it's going to be very beneficial. I don't think they deserve a one-star rating. That's pretty harsh the office is always friendly and helpful. They have plenty of counselors on hand even one from Fayetteville. They seem knowledgeable and polite and listen quite well. The office is a bit small but I think that most are for counseling. My son loves Angela.

No matter the reason they are not caring or helpful. They canceled,and,resqeduled two apoinments not me,they did, the next in was made by my doctor and he did not ask me if,I could make it that day so I had to call and reschedule..rhey said no they would not I cancelled to many times. My doctor calls and explains I did not make the apoinment therefore was not my fault. So they agree one more time. Non medical transport decided the day of my apoinment that ita not a real place so they cancel my ride to my appointment and does not notify me. Quality care doesnt care why. Not their problem. Even the non emergency transportation tried to help and told Judy that it was a mix up and they were at fault. They still don't care.people seak mental health care for a reason. They just made mine worse. Would never recommend this place.

The office called to schedule an appointment with me I was referred from primary physician. When I questioned why I was seeing a counselor and not the phycologist I was told that's the way it's done. The counselor will determine if you need to see the phycologist. I responded with I thought that's what my primary already determined. She was then rude and said you obviously don't want this help . Way to go treating someone who is depressed, with adhd and anxiety issues! I may be poor but rest assured I will be reporting this business to medicare , media, news and anyone else who will listen!

Don't go here if you have anxiety and depression it will only worsen. I was not treated as a person but as a narcotic seeker. The manager has an attitude and is unapologetic about it. I will never return and would advise anyone to go anywhere else!!

The counselors are top notch but their secretary doesn't seem to care about anyone or understand that she works at a mental health clinic. Absolutely rude.....
