They have a full paperless option through the functions of an easy to navigate app equipped with IT support. That will track and help you keep up with every step in the process of purchasing your home. They were able to help me close my home in under 30 days. That's including the wait on the Title Company. I highly recommend this loan agency to first time home buyers or somebody looking to purchase another home even. Google wouldn't let me give them 6 stars!

Very responsive, yet very disorganized. They clearly do not have any form of team meetings nor do they update other members of their team on things they have done. I had to spend so much effort updating people within their own company about things that the other person did.

But the real icing on the cake was when I said I was not going to go through with a deal, they continued to talk to the seller as if I was which almost ended up in me being sued by the seller. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed me saying they had an obligation to keep the loan going - which did not even make any sense, if I am not making the purchase there is nothing to keep going.

Second time we have used first trust home loans and had Hunter guide through the process of buying a home. Super pleased. Always helpful in answering questions anytime I had them and clarifying things I didn’t understand. If I ever buy another home it will be with Hunter Strom and first trust home loans. This review is specifically about the loan officer Hunter Strong, not the brokerage itself. We were transparent with Hunter that we were shopping lenders to find the best rate and had asked if he could send us what he thinks would be best for our situation. When we asked, his response was something along the lines of “well am I in the running or will this be a waste of my time?” We just closed on our third rental property and have never experienced this issue before. I think every single individual has the right to shop around lenders and make an informed decision, especially about something huge like a buying a home, and to not feel bad about that. I’m sure hunter is an awesome lender, I just think he just needs to take a step back and realize that this is part of the job and that his current approach is only hurting him and leaving a bad taste in potential new clients mouth.
