Trusted you because you were a Dealership You let us leave with a very dangerous vehicle After a new transmission My car was vibrating Came in again This time replaced driveshaft Still vibrating got worse gradually Wasn’t going to bring it back Found a mechanic that fixed the vibrating Found out it was very dangerous to drive and replace cv shaft due to damage which was done when putting in transmission I still am stressed about what could have happened to us We have tried to talk to someone about it but don’t want to work with us They are blowing us off But we won’t go away We are asking for a small amount to reimburse us for the third repair Please work with us

Terrible business practices- tricked my hard of hearing and easily confused 70 year old grandfather into buying a BRAND NEW 2023 car and when we tried to take it back WITHIN 24 HOURS THEY REFUSED!!! Not surprised as the Gentry’s have a reputation for being snakes and dishonest people. Trying to take advantage of and profit off of and elderly person is disgraceful and immoral and they should be ASHAMED to call themselves “Christians”. Ugly and dishonest men.

I brought my vehicle for service due to the tire pressure light and engine light coming on. They had me replace my vehicles battery, get a new key fob, replace all of my tire sensors, etc. I paid about $3,500 in parts and labor. My vehicle was in the shop for a week! Once I got it back, a week later my vehicle started to do the EXACT same thing. When I went back, I explained the situation in a respectful manner and discussed with them that my vehicle shouldn’t be giving me any problems, especially because of how high the amount that I paid was. The guy proceeded to tell me “ Oh that ain’t nothing!” I never felt so humiliated in my life.

First, I was pleasantly surprised that they could get an appointment for service for me so quickly. They listened to my issues with my car and were able to complete the repair while I waited. I will definitely take my car there for service again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Customer service was good. Down fall is my title didn't get mailed to me until my 30 days was up. Didn't get a loan agreement with title .spent extra money and time that shouldn't of had to happen.
