After 63 years in Western Montana, we moved to the Yuma area full time in 2022, I've had the pleasure of having the same Insurance agent in Montana for over 30+ years. I'm here to tell you, it's not the Insurance Company, it's the Insurance Agent. Building a new Home, Outbuildings, having many recreational vehicles, and daily drivers, I fired my 1st choice just after a few months, no responses, raising costs for no reason, etc. Then I called Lillian @ State Farm, she has been in Yuma her entire life, has a Finacial Background among many other attributes. I can email her with questions, cancellations, additions, etc; if I need a quicker response I call her, and because she is a Top Performer in this Industry, often times she can't repond right away, her outstanding staff will take care of me right now! Went to insure my motorcycle today, and had the best experience/service ever with Raul! He was extremely friendly and super knowledgeable of his job. I loved Raul constantly cracking jokes too, even if they weren’t that funny. Definitely coming back to insure the rest of my vehicles at State Farm just so I have an excuse to visit Raul!
