The Adams Agency employee we talked to on the phone said, "We don't do trailers, anymore".
Apparently, this person was incorrect per the response we received from an Adams reply.

I have had insurance for our Park Model home for several years with Adam's Agency. We recently had some water damage through a severe rain/wind storm. When I called the lady proceeded to tell me all the reasons why nothing would be covered from rain, wind or earth quake damage. This is after they increased premiums and reduced some coverage. I searched for other rates and found coverage that was half the cost of the Adam's Agency. When I called Adam's Agency to tell them I was dropping my insurance they did not ask why or how they could keep my business nor did they express any appreciation for my business of the previous years.
