I switched to Wes McDowell Allstate insurance when my insurance premium kept on going up. They gave me a quote that also included my home insurance and more coverage on my auto. I ended up paying less than what I was paying for just auto insurance. ?

This agency has terrible communication skills. My rate trippled and they had no answer to why. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the issue but it was never resolved and I had to cancel. Everytime I was told we will call you back I ended up calling them.

3 months later my credit drops 33 pts due to the policy I canceled. I was on Auto pay and it didn't go through because I canceled. Overall I would recommend you stay away.

My sister was a client with this firm. Tried to cancel her policy almost a year ago when she moved out of state and these people are STILL attempting to charge her account. Very questionable folks.

First of all let me say that I really like allstate. The reason I consider they deserve this score is because in multiple occasions we we called and ask to make changes in our policy (from unlimited to per/miles)we had to call multiple times to get it done properly even had to call the 1800 number to get help. I tried to contact Wesley McDowell twice to talk about this problem, first the lady who answered the phone told me we wasn't in the office. Second time I was told he was busy with a customer and that he would call me back. He never did.
