WOW! Alina gave me my best eyelashes ever for my wedding. I had a destination wedding in Jerome and came here 3 days prior to get lashes. It was scary to not do a trial but Alina came through with exceptional service. When I got my lashes done at a 5-Star rated place in Philadelphia it's was uncomfortable like a dental visit. I thought that it was just supposed to be an uncomfortable service, but Alina made it feel like there was a butterfly landing on my lashes. She has an unbelievably gentle touch. She worked with me to figure out exactly what lash style I wanted, referencing pictures and making recommendations. She checked in at the end and removed/added lashes twice to make sure I loved them. They lasted longer than my home salon as well. I wish I could come here all the time.

I had my first laser facial treatment with Victoria Black and I couldn’t be happier taking that next step in my skincare journey. I took her recommendation of doing BBL + MOXI to get the results I wanted. She was super helpful explaining the treatments, talking to me throughout the service and following up. Also, I loved going through the Visia skin analysis to learn more about my skin’s UV damage, texture and complexion.

Kelly Ruiz is wonderful and gave me exactly what I wanted. She did what no one in Flagstaff could manage to do, she LISTENED to what I was saying! That in itself is well worth the hour drive from Flagstaff to Sedona. She was also very sweet and friendly, making the experience a great one.

I've spent the last 9 years trying to find someone that would just provide me with a decent hair cut in Flagstaff, not to mention someone who would just simply act like a human being towards their customers. You can either have one of the other in Flagstaff, apparently.

I'm so glad that I stumbled across Kelly Ruiz and Jaliza Luxury Spa & Beauty Lounge. I'll definitely be going back and will most likely schedule other services as well.

I highly recommend the BBL treatment offered by Victoria Black. I am in my 70s and credit this treatment with years taken off my skin. I highly recommend doing your neck, too. HUGE! VICTORIA IS THE BEST.

I had my hair done by Kelly Ruiz and let me tell you OMG! I LOVE IT! ? Not only is she super sweet and loving but she does amazing work as you can see by the before and after pictures! My hair was in desperate need of some change and love and Kelly most definitely did it! The staff here is also super sweet! The place itself looks super cute! I can happily say Kelly gave me my confidence back?! I will be coming back!

I absolutely loved my BBL & Moxi treatment with Victoria! She was extremely professional & made sure to send me home with very detailed aftercare tips. I’ve already seen such great results with my sun damage & my overall skin health just after one session!! I would definitely recommend getting this treatment done, 100% worth it!
