The payment takers are incoherent and may be partially impaired and I’m not sure if their supervisors are aware. But you know what? Maybe they are aware and they just don’t care either. When I called, it sounded like they were at a night club with all the loud music and background noise. Unfortunately, I have to deal with them for another year or so but you better believe I won’t be financing with this company again. Good riddance!

I tried to make a payment for my mother and the ladies on the phone were rude and dismissive about the situation. All over a little "miscommunication" Do Not Take Your Buisness Here. Some people don't know how to handle buisness in a proper customer service manner.

I give this place a one the "Navajo ladies that work in the finance department are so rude" Word of advice don't buy a vehicle from here... "Take your business else where!" A couple of days past due they come for your ride...
