I have had a really great and professional experience with Bolton over the last few years that i have been working with them. I work directly with their team members Brandon Burroughs and Kristal Williams , and they are both always so attentive to my questions and emails, no matter how difficult the situation. They are always willing to make time in their schedules to hop on a call or assist me further. You have no idea how pissed I am right now!! Called us at 3:30am and woke up our new born! Seems like it's been happening to others as well, get it figured out!

Edit: I have received an email back stating this company has been used in prank calling and they have reported the acts to the phone company and police. I haven't had any dealings with this company but I can say they have made a great effort in comforting my anger and responding quickly to my email to them regarding the situation.
