Old school professionals are the highest praise I can give them. Oscar called the night before to confirm that we were still scheduled for 8am the following day. The estimate was emailed to me before and was exactly what was agreed on. Oscar, Miguel, Saul, and Austin were at the house at 8am. Oscar explained everything that was about to be done and some additional recommended trimming because of new fire regulations. We added additional work on the fly because as many know, insurance companies like to cancel mountain home policies. We had to remove a tree due to bark beetles and watching Miguel climb that tree was very exciting. The kids watched as he brought down the entire tree. I will be scheduling with Oscar and the guys in the fall to do some clean out of other trees. If you are looking for an amazing tree company, give Oscar a call.

From the very beginning Oscar was very responsive and professional. He was informative about the process and knew exactly what needed to be done to take down our tree in our front driveway. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! We had an emergency situation and Oscar was amazing!!! He came right over (on his day off) and assessed the situation. He was there the next day and handled everything for us! We ended up needing to remove 6 trees. He did amazing work and the clean up was even more impressive! It looked better than before he started! At the end I threw in a huge bush that we had not previously discussed and he removed it for us with delight. I look forward to working with him in the future and would not recommend anyone but him!! Fire Risk Management (FRM) was absolutely awesome! Oscar (the owner) came out a few weeks ago, inspected the trees, and gave a very reasonable quote. Within a few days, the workers were on site and working their magic on six (6) trees in desperate need of attention. They cleaned up the property as they finished up and were done about 5 hours after they started. My new neighbor wanted to have his done after seeing how well our trees came out.

If your trees are within 10 feet of your home, get hold of FRM and schedule your trees to be done before then!

In June of this year (2025), Big Bear Valley defensible space property inspections will begin, and there will be no warnings on what to clean up. Look up what is expected to keep your property as safe as possible! This isn't just so you don't get a fine before you have it done... With all the recent destructive fires in the area just this January, do all you can to help ensure your property is safer.
