Eileen assisted me in updating the details about my home in order to calculate the proper coverage and premium amounts. I very much appreciated her courteous, friendly and positive attitude. As an older person, I also was appreciative of her speaking clearly and at a rate that enabled me to hear and understand what she was saying. She demonstrated patience with me as she offered me options and as I changed my mind. It was a very pleasant experience.
