Convenient- and eventually* helpful. I went in to submit a request for a $50 reimbursement (key fob replacement) was told by an older male trainee, “we don’t do that” - which I ignored and found *Selina, who was kind, professional and handled my request. I took off 1 star for the “mansplaining” experience.

I needed a temporary disabled parking permit and AAA provided that for me. Many folks aren't aware that AAA offers many DMV services but they do... and the service is faster and more convenient than going to the DMV. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s been a while since I was at a AAA office and wow! It was great. It has a really nice fresh vibe. There’s a very helpful person at the door to help, but with absolutely no pressure to join. I was able to get my international driver’s license as planned. And, even though I hadn’t intended to, I renewed my membership. It was great to see that AAA will bring me charge for our electric vehicle if I need it. Everything was easy and the people were really nice. I’ll definitely be using their DMV services next time I need to see the DMV.

The lady who helped me was very rude, and impatient. She immediately soured to us, talking in a very strict tone, making rude remarks on how we were filling out forms, and generally being short. However AAA is a great company regardless so I gave it 2 stars and recommend to go to the AAA on 3979 Missouri Flat Rd Ste 120 in Placerville, or 6109 Sunrise Blvd, in Citrus Heights, they will treat you much better.

Great place to get your DMV paperwork c9mpleted!

The service to pick up a DMV placard was inaccurate, rude and uncaring. On top of that after I was told I would have to start everything over again, I went to Folsom DMV. Without an appointment, staff there bent over backwards to help me. When I joined CSAA in 1973, I couldn’t have imagined how much the roles of these two agencies could change.
