I called to get some answers to certain verbiage on our Homeowners policy & scheduled an appointment with Linda. She was awesome! If she didn't know the answer she said she would get back with us. And she did! The e-mail was concise and it included answers to all of the remaining questions that we had. She accommodated us by staying after 5:00 pm on a Friday night and called us on time. She was knowledgeable and professional. Linda represents Aaron well. Time to give her a raise or bonus! Thank you Linda for a very nice experience. Every time I have an interaction with this State farm insurance agent, they can always answer my questions they always follow up if I ask them to, they always send me the paperwork that I request in a timely manner. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for car insurance or rental insurance. Whatever other products they have would probably be good also but I haven't used them.
