Where do I even begin… Lara, Desiree, and Ryan at Locke Your Loan were amazing through this entire process!!! From start to finish they were so professional, with so much knowledge of the industry and they were genuinely invested in helping us get our dream home.
As 1st time buyers, Lara was incredibly thorough and kept us update throughout the process. We were given access to our own website that contained all our information along with payment scenarios on homes that we would go see. Desiree kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we understood all our options. She was warm, quick to respond to my questions no matter how small. This is a long overdue review. I first worked with Lara and her team back in May 2023 when I was purchasing my home. The ladies there all made the process really stress free for me. I was selling and buying at the same time, and they would answer all the questions I had which were many. So, this time I needed an equity loan, and they were great once again. Desiree was awesome even taking care of things for me on a Saturday after leaving the office. I really appreciate all the updates and clarity so that there were no surprises. If you are looking for a loan company to buy, refinance, or get and home equity loan I highly recommend them. I have already recommended them to family members and will definitely work with them in the future.
