I came on here to write a one-star review for FCI and found out everyone else did too! Not surprised in the least. Sounds like some of you were burned way worse than me - I got away easy!

The trouble started the very first month. They got my SS number wrong (Lord knows what kind of naked Microsoft system they have in place to store it). So I called and they said I'd have to jump through all sorts of hoops so I said no and had the seller call and yell at them.

Then I never got a bill in the mail! I lived in my house for over a month and had NO CLUE whom to pay and how much! I eventually got the bill, which TO THIS DAY shows up THE DAY BEFORE MY PAYMENT IS DUE. I called and the lady said "well, there's a grace period!" so every month I just send in payment on time and then keep their LATE bill as a reminder to pay next month on time!

I have a burning desire to pay my house off just so I never have to deal with these jokers ever again. They're the HP printer of mortgages.

Such a trashy, archaic company. made all my payments on time and the money got taken out of my chase account. However, their finance team didn't apply it to my loan. Someone from their collection team give me a phone as if I was a criminal. screaming at me over the phone acting like a gangaster absolutely disgusting

Wow. I've Never read this many negative reviews. Why don't you come together and sue these scammers? They are financing a land in Hawaii now and trying to trap people in the same way.

This lending company sucks. Records payments late, charges false late fees. Avoid at all costs! I ended up reporting to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I will see what happens...

Do not get a loan from these people whatever you do use another lender they have mafia terms and any money you have coming back to you selling a property they will add a bull shit contingency clause where you don’t get a single red cent !!!

I rate these guys for a one star, because 0 stars or negative stars is not an option and someone needs to hear my story. First off, they charge insane fees to pay online. Everyone pays online! Second, It takes them 7 business days to get a loan payoff... And to update a payoff ANOTHER 7 business days. If you call them, it requests you get a payoff by their email system. They disrespected the title company as well. They just give you automated responses and waste your time. Their garbage customer service cost me another 11 days in 'holding their loan', this cost me 107$/day. I was screwed out of 1,177$ due to this silly process. A "real" loan processor will send you a payoff in ONE hour. Avoid if you can

If I could give a zero-star review, I would. Like many other customers have reported, this loan servicer is truly one to avoid.

Here are the issues I faced:
• Payoff Delays: I requested a payoff letter weeks in advance, and it still took till the last minute to be processed.
• Unjustified Fees: They calculate fees and interest without any concrete explanation. Make sure you double-check your math, as there will likely be extra charges benefiting them.
• Poor Customer Service: Finding a representative willing to help is nearly impossible. They simply don’t prioritize customer service.

If you have the time and legal means, I recommend pursuing this company for their shady practices. Avoid them if you can.
