I have been getting my personal income taxes done here for a few years now and i have to say the level of attention i get is above all. Its hard to find good customer service these days but i think it has to do with this business being family owned and everyone there is always wiling to help. I am now doing my Business returns here as well so it makes things even more convenient for me. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation:)

DO NOT USE MARILYN AS YOUR TAX PREPARE. SHE PROMISES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING GOES WELL, HOWEVER FAILS TO INPUT CORRECT SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION AFTER 5 WEEKS OF WAITING, CONTACTED MARILYN AND SHE ADMITTED TO INCORRECTLY INPUTTING SOCIAL SECURITY YET, SAYS IT IS OUR FAULT FOR THE MISTAKE. YET WE PAID HER FOR SERVICES. MAKES NO SENSE SINCE SHE IS THE ONE INPUTTING INFORMATION HOW IS IT THE CLIENTS FAULT. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE AND CHARGED $275 PER TAX PREPARATION. IT DID NOT OFFER A COMPENSATION FOR HER MISTAKE AND NOW AS FINANCIAL PUSHED US FURTHER ANOTHER 3-5 WEEK WAITING PERIOD TO RECEIVED A REFUND. THEFORE THIS WAS NOT HAS MARILYN GUARANTEED WE WOULD RECEIVED TAX REFUND WITHIN 1-3 WEEKS, THIS IS CONSIDERED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT..

I’m sorry but it’s true just like the other comments I’ve been waiting months for my refund and it’s all because of putting the wrong information I’ve gone here for 3 years and it’s always a problem still till today I haven’t got my refund or any information this is ridiculous…..never again …..
