We did a random search for a company that could help us find home owners insurance after very negative responses from 2 other companies. Not only did Millers find us insurance, the agent we worked with, Robert, was sooooooo kind. He was positive, encouraging and understanding. He listened well and with lots of experience, he knew what to look for. He treated us like family which made sense because it’s a family business. And that, I LOVE. I highly recommend this company. They ranked an A++ in my book with reservations.

BEWARE
I have been with Farmers for over 10 years. I just learned that my insurance was canceled due to FARMERS SPECIALTY INSURANCE moving out of and no longer doing business in California since March (Farmers specialty insurance)
James Miller representative for State Farm is not informing his customers when there are insurance issues with their policies. offered a $3000 liability only policy for 6 months due to the mistake made? UPDATE Just got a notice that our registration was suspended due to not having an insurance policy. Which means after James Miller did not inform us that we would be canceled due to State Farm specialty moving out of California they sent a notice to the DMV stating we were not insured. Instead of informing there client.

James has been my insurance guy for at least 15 years now. He recently worked out an overcharge by my mortgage company on my behalf. All I had to do was send him a note, and the next Monday it was done and I had a fat check coming in the mail. Feels like a big company wrt professionalism but a small company wrt personal attention.
