The dentist that took care of me was very attentive caring and respectful of all my needs and wishes. She was very fast efficient and good deep cleaning and the feeling that I received. So appreciative and happy for her work. Especially cuz she had to do it all on her own without her assistant. She was completely focused, efficient and great at my feeling and deep cleaning.

My gum line and filling look terrific and I feel like I have a new mouth!! Thank you so so much. Seriously appreciate the kind and great work. 🙂

The people were nice but the whole business is an absolute fail. I went in for a 9:30 appointment and they hadn’t run my insurance even though I had asked them to weeks before my appointment. I didn’t actually get called back until 11:30 and by 12:30 I had x-rays and a doctor take a look at my teeth with a mirror just to tell me they didn’t have time to do a cleaning that day.

They let me know that two dentists had called out and that’s fine but then you should have called patients and cancelled appointments. I would have rather had my appointment canceled than 3 hours of my life wasted. Will not be going back. I’ve already called another dentist and prefer to be paying out of pocket for my exam elsewhere.

Dr. Chawla, Dr. Ganji and Dr. Yu were extremely professional and competent. I had a very complicated situation with my teeth requiring a lot of work and the team here are very helpful and did everything to help me and work with my schedule and finances. They explained my choices very clearly and also helped me with my financial decisions!
Overall very happy and highly recommended.

First time coming here and it was a really good visit. Abigail at the front desk was welcoming, really helpful, and friendly, which made check-in really easy and stress-free. The dental staff was attentive and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience!

Worst dental office EVER! Staff was rude and unhelpful, they will constantly cancel your appointment to reschedule or better yet they will let you come into your appointment and tell you there's a multiple hour wait and then they will ask you to reschedule. They rescheduled me 4 times and after the girl at the counter gave me attitude on the 4th time, I decided I'll get my teeth cleaned where they respect their patients and more importantly where they respect their patients time! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this awful company

I did not have a positive experience at this office. The first time I went, the dentist had called out of work so I needed to reschedule, this was understandable. The second time, they forgot to put me on the board after taking my x-rays, and I waited an hour and a half until someone finally approached me and when they finally did, they couldn’t do my cleaning because it was time for their lunch. They then scheduled me to come in the next week for my cleaning and to fill some canaries, and I was finally taken care of. I noticed that all of the staff here seem so unhappy and over worked, I felt frustrated for them. It seems like this office is scheduling way too many patients for the staff they have available. I do not wish to return to this office, and really hope that their management finds a better way to run this space.

I visited in March to schedule a tooth extraction, but after reviewing the charges, I felt I was being overcharged and canceled the appointment the same day, requesting a refund. The staff member told me they would process the refund and that it would take 4–6 weeks.

In April, I called again to check on the status, only to be told that no refund request had ever been submitted—but they could start the process now if I wanted. Then in May, I called again and was told that refunds take 45 business days (!!) and I should just wait longer.

I’ll let you decide what to make of this.

I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early
My appointment time was 11:30. Front desk informs me there was an hour and a half wait. I waited until 1. Front desk then asked if I could wait until 2. I said no. This was the only day I had off from work. Front desk asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I said no. The bathrooms were not clean, no toilet seat covers. I will not go back.
