Without hesitation I recommend Shiri Gradek as your real estate agent! Divorce was the determining factor for selling which could have added an additional layer of complication to everything. However, Shiri approached the process with absolute professionalism and confidence. Shiri thinking was big picture while breaking down the process into a timeline of explicit details. She project managed all contractors, which made the long list of necessary improvements happen in an unbelievably short amount of time. Shiri is a direct communicator and also has deep compassion for the emotional process of selling a home. Through out the entire process Shiri was equitable in all communication, thorough in explaining signing documents, easily accessible for answering questions, patient with decision-making, and committed to selling our home with the best quality of service imaginable. I am in awe of how much goes into selling a home, and of how easy Shiri made the process for me. Shiri is absolutely amazing and incredible. I have no words. She has the patience of a saint. She spent 15 months showing us houses ALL OVER SANTA CRUZ COUNTY. Even a few in San Jose. She listened to us and showed us all sorts of different properties from the fixer upper to the top of the line within our budget. Mind you this has mostly been during the pandemic (yeah, we were searching with her since the before times). Shiri sends us the PEADs immediately and always checks in to get our feedback on everything. She was always kind and always receptive to our suggestions.

And when we felt guilty because we were literally seeing our 100th house, she would say something super zen like, "it's all good, it's all part of the process, each house you see gets you closer to the home you'll own." Shiri calmed our fears and intently listened to us have many meltdowns (by us I mean me). She was honest about the pluses and minuses of different homes and neighborhoods. She really got to know us and everything we were looking for.

And then, on our 108th house tour BOOM! We found "the one." We couldn't have done it without Shiri and her insight, knowledge and patience. Shiri is an amazing human being and I can't recommend her more highly. If we are ever in the game to buy another home we will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shiri. Thanks Shiri!

This is long overdue. I restarted my homebuying process in mid-December. I was referred to Shiri by family members. She called me back the same evening , and readily changed her plans to schedule 4 showings for me that weekend. She scheduled two follow-up showings for me of the two that I liked best. She really listened to what was important to me, but also challenged where she thought perhaps I wasn't thinking things through. Once I had made my decision, she expertly went through all aspects of negotiation and brought up things we should consider about buying a home in the mountains. She referred me for financing to one of her business colleagues. I was preapproved same day or the day after. We submitted an offer a day later (right before Christmas) and she again expertly walked us through negotiations with the sellers and our counter was accepted. She held my hand through every stage, she previewed the process and the expectations. Followed up with me even after I had moved in. Did I mention we closed escrow in 17-21 days over Christmas and New Year's holidays during a pandemic? I whole-heartedly recommend Shiri for either someone selling their house (she sold my in-laws house) or as a buyer. Yep.
