Claudia DeMaranville owns the rudest, most non-responsive agency in Santa Cruz County. We had peacefully paid our premiums for more than a decade, but the first time I had a question, her staff was incredibly rude. Not only was there NO attempt to address the problem I was having, she exhibited no compassion or willingness to even understand the real safety concern I had. She is the LAST person I would want to call if I had a claim or a real issue.
