absolute trash. Got a home policy for my house in Tempe and thought everything was good to go. Originally I talked to Patrick and was told everything was good to go just needed pictures of the back yard. Shortly after I received an email stating my policy was going to cancel so I gave them a call. Got connected with eric j./Patrick’s secretary I guess and was told they had no way to get in my backyard. I gave him the code to the gate and he assured me he personally was going to go down there himself and take the pictures. Didn’t hear from him until today when my policy canceled and he told me he didn’t feel comfortable going in the backyard because no one answered the door. Even if he didn’t feel comfortable someone should of called be prior to the policy canceling. Also, I am the owner of the property giving him permission to enter the property, what more do you need. On top of that eric had some stupid, snarky attitude on the phone. Seemed like he had no business managing any type of company. Patrick the original person that I talked to was all the sudden unreachable and eric was the only one to deal with at that point. Avoid this place like the plague. Eric seemed like he would have trouble tying his shoelaces let alone assisting with insurance.
Update - Got in touch with another State farm agent in tempe. Sharon Layman got me the same coverage and someone came down and took the pictures the following day......Definitely better options out there then dealing with this agency.
