I hate to be the one to write a bad review but this is just my opinion and what I went through. The whole process of getting great rates was fantastic. I paid the first month that same day I was getting what I needed when my agent reached out. He then called me a week later or so to get more information. I then told my agent to cancel one thing off my policy before the paperwork was finalized on their end. He said that was perfectly fine and that I would just have to wait to pay a difference once everything was done. I kept checking my app to see if anything would show. All of a sudden, it says the policy got canceled and that there was a way higher charge on the account. I called them and a different agent answered, he told me that my policy was still active and that insurance rates went up. I was like okay I trust his words. I ended up paying that amount due. A new month comes by and I don't see a new policy at all. I call again and it’s another agent. This time they told me it was active but there was something way off about. They told me they look into and give me a call that same day or the next. Well, I waited and I got nothing back. I check my app again and it shows that I have no car insurance. I felt like I got screwed over in the end. I don’t know why it got canceled or what happened. Even though I tried to figure it out with them through text and call.

I didn't end up purchasing any insurance, however I was very happy and pleased with the customer service specifically from Shea! She was uniquely remarkable and very sweet! I am so glad she understood my situation as to why I couldn't purchase, as well as her being very dedicated to ensuring that I was to receive comprehensive protection if I was going too though.
