If you like paying premiums and getting nothing in return, Aspen is terrific. Trying to collect on a claim is absolute torture - they delay, obfuscate, and then, have their attorney do everything humanly possible to drag out the payment process, including making us produce evidence that we own the very property we've been insuring for years! There are certainly better options out there. .
