I had a accident. Infinite has taken 3 months to process my claim. The absolute worst company to deal with. The Claims adjuster was rude and nasty with me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They don't pay claims and treat people terrible.

Please research your auto insurance options and choose any company before Infinity Auto. Insurance is for the protection and safety of it’s customers. Our vehicle was vandalized and Infinity’s customer service handled our claim horribly. They misspelled our name on our check to get our vehicle fixed and when we called for help we were refused to be allowed to speak to a manager and their customer service representative hung up the phone in my face. There’s a million insurance companies. Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this place.
