After two years of struggling with the IRS, I finally found relief thanks to Cash Tracks & Marcelino in Colorado Springs. He was able to do in several months what myself and my accountant could not. The IRS claimed we owed over 60k in back taxes. Marcelino and his associates were able to determine it was in fact a double-tax situation and that amount was not owed. I am so very grateful for their assistance and dedication. The cash tracks app was also user friendly and provided an open line of communication between us; despite a geographical distance of several hours.

When we started, we met with a local CPA, and for lack of a better word, she was unreliable and unresponsive, which left us floundering as a fledgling company. When I found Cash Tracks Financial, Marcelino met with us on holiday (4th of July) and discussed in length what they could do and created a plan of action to ensure our books were straightened out, taxes were paid, payroll set, and everything we needed to grow into who we are today. A rational fear for any company is whether we are taking steps correctly. Are we paying our employees correctly? Are we paying the correct taxes so we don't get hit with fines on top of paying back what is missing, and are we bringing in enough as a company to maintain salaries and expenses? Cash Track Financial answered these questions, and implemented proper plans. and short-term and long-term goals were set (and met) through Cash Tracks Financial’s guidance. Setting up a payroll system that took into account personal and business taxes on a schedule that meant it was predictable and projected for us to ensure growth and make adjustments where needed. This helped us gain confidence as a company, not to mention look better to investors and bankers. With that growth, we have expanded operations, bought a building, hired more employees, and gained more patients. The short-term win was Jane was able to go full-time as a provider in the company and be able to focus on patients while I tried to manage operations. Cash Tracks was instrumental in serving as our accounting firm and as a launching point as a human resource vehicle, payroll sponsor, and honest friend. Marcelino gives that personal touch that made us feel like we are old friends, and I aim to keep that relationship for many years to come.
