Patrick and Main Street Insurance was fine enough as a service to pay for, but only until I needed something specifically. I responded to a Happy Birthday email that said in the body "Birthdays are a great way to make sure you have the insurance coverage you need" so I replied, and asked if he could shop around for new coverage. He said he'd be happy to, and asked for my wife's Driver License number. I gave it to him the very same day he asked. That was now 1.5 months ago, and he has not responded to a single one of my emails since, and I have sent several asking for a status update.

I didn't think it was a complicated request. If you like getting ignored and having your money disappear into a void, then give Patrick and Main Street Insurance a call. Otherwise, go somewhere else and save yourself some trouble.

The whole point of a broker is to take this sort of thing off your hands. Here I am paying for a broker, and I still have to do everything myself.

Working with Chuck at Main Street Insurance was such a great experience. Chuck worked hard to get us the best deal for our home and car insurance. He listened to our needs and made some suggestions for things we hadn't thought of. For example, our previous instance didn't have high enough liability and property damage coverage. He put together several great options for us that had better coverage and saved us thousands of our home and auto insurance. On top of everything, Chuck was super nice, was great about getting back to us, and was incredibly professional throughout the entire experience.

Everyone at this agency is AMAZING and very responsive. Kathleen in particular is our absolute favorite. She has truly gone above and beyond for us.
