I had noting but problems with this company! They have me a bundle policy for car insurance for 2 and renters insurance. The auto policy was through Bristol west. On my 5th month Bristol canceled my policy without any notice telling me this on the due date. I made the payment on the due date but was canceled anyway. I didn't know this until 3 days later that they canceled my insurance. I saw that the money was still in my account and went to app to see why. That's how I found out it was canceled! I spoke to an agent with Bristol west for more than an hour and he still couldn't tell me which account was charged that had insufficient funds. So I just bought insurance through someone else that day which was 3 days later from the day I made a payment on time. That was a Friday when it was due. I got insurance through someone else on Sunday (3 days later after not having insurance since they canceled my policy.But there was a holiday on Monday and on Tuesday they took the money out of my account anyway. Because I made the payment! This threw my bank account into the negative and I couldn't buy my groceries! I had to put everything back to buy $21 worth of groceries. Now here we are 2 months later after they canceled me and I've been with another company for the last 2 months farmers insurance is calling me to telling me my policy is canceled through Bristol west from non-payment. THEY CANCELED ME ON THE DAY I MADE A PAYMENT ON THE DUE DATE! 2 MONTHS AGO! This is the most incompetent insurance company I've ever seen! DO NOT get insurance through this company! Farmers is the one I got insurance through but they used another incompetent insurance company to apparently get me the lowest rates possible! And the paperwork I was given said me and my son are high risk drivers and they explained to me that's how they were able to give me the lowest rate possible! Being high risk actually makes your rates higher so that wasn't even true! Farmers and Bristol west are clueless on what they're doing and how it affects their clients! I haven't been with then for 2 months already and I made it very clear I'm done with them! So why are they still calling me to reinstate my policy because it's been recently canceled! It's been canceled! And they're the ones that canceled me without me knowing! Making the payment on the due date still caused them to cancel my insurance! Stay away from farmers with Jacob Morgan and the company they useto get you chapter rates which is Bristol west! They have no idea what they're doing! Either one of them!

I am wildly impressed with the service I have received from Jacob Morgan and team. They were recommended by my mortgage broker for home insurance and then when the time came to bundle my car insurance, I jumped at the chance. Maria was such a delight to work with and so very kind--you feel like a person at this insurance company and not a number. Highly recommend.

Good customer service, and they got me much better coverage while saving me a good chunk of change. Often advertised but rarely achieved by insurance agencies. They are worth a call to see if they can do the same for you.
