Go here if you want to total a car worth 10k and get away with it completely scot-free, as one of their clients was able to do just that! Their parent company for car insurance, Kemper / Financial Indemnity contested every bit of evidence provided that was even slightly in our favor, making their "50/50 fault" decision based on how their client "felt like" we sped up to cross the intersection we had the right of way in, and when given a literal actual police report saying that we had NO FAULT in the collision that it was a worthless piece of evidence because "police reports are written after the fact". It would be hilarious if it didn't ruin my life and make me afraid of driving 😁
Edit: I appreciate the condescending response and inability to comprehend what my review actually said (that's sarcasm by the way). Your client HAD liability and your awful parent company didn't pay a cent for our vehicle that he totaled, even when presented with legal documentation saying that we had no fault in the collision. Kemper / Financial Indemnity is a truly evil, awful, scummy business who manipulate and lie and disregard the law solely for the sake of protecting their own pockets.

I've been getting insurance for 10+ years. I get both my vehicle and motorcycle insurance through them They've always helped me find the options for the lowest rates and Will over there is an expert at finding the simple solutions. I've never had to file a claim 🤞 but I feel confident that the office has my back. Always good customer service would recommend 👍

It would be awesome if you could at least buy a policy or price one online. But you have to call or go in. Inconvenience for those that do not have insurance and can not drive all the way there. But they are one of the cheapest places to get car insurance in town.

I went here to get insurance. So I can get my license and I had a little bit of a hiccup and had to do a bunch of other stuff to get my license and just had to wait for a piece of paper from Illinois. Long story short I paid over $400 for insurance and they dropped me after 13 days and refunded me $13 I got my driver's license a little bit after that. But they dropped me for not having a license when I know somebody who has insurance through them without a license
