Horrible communication in this office. They continued to bill me through April for a car I sold last October. I notified them multiple times. I’m still waiting on a refund and be told to “wait and see”. This is theft at this point. It doesn’t take 8 months to refund an over charge. I was let know today that they finally finalized the change to my policy last night. Only 8 months to remove a car from a policy. I have not heard from Wendy even once about this. 0 stars.

Alondra is super helpful! I've been with Wendy Wise's office for a little while now and whenever Alondra helps me, I know I can count on her. When I moved units in my apartment complex and when that same apartment complex changed their mailing address, she was able to get me new paperwork quickly, allowing me to submit it right away! As you know insurance rates have gone up this year across the board, my wife and I visited 5 companies and compared quotes. State Farm lead in service and price. Wendy Wise, broker and Mike Corsigilia, our account manager personally helped us with all our needs. So we signed up to better service and prices. Later our son, an Uber driver was hit in an accident and his car was totaled. He bought a replacement vehicle, but couldn't leave the lot because his insurance company would no cover his new car when he called for their help. Our son called Mike Corsigilia at State Farm, and got immediate coverage so the could leave the auto dealer and save 40 percent on his monthly car insurance premium. We cannot thank Wendy and Mike enough for their help, especially in our son's time of need. I personally believe you can't go wrong with this office and am recommending them to all my family and friends.
