We finally got a customer service representative to call us back. After an hour. We called just to ask if we could have the phone number to our local credit Union the gentleman needed his social security number and his account number which makes no sense because these days we cannot trust anybody with our personal information. I am very disappointed because the reason why he could not give us the phone number is because the staff does not like to be bothered if they're at lunch. Can you imagine that! I know at my job we would answer phones with our mouth full. I hope this gets taken care of(I doubt it) they just write under our comment to make it look like they are doing something.

If I could give a zero star I would. What bank charges a fee to cash a check that's from a member to a non member. I would understand if my bank charged cause its a differnet bank. But the bank on the check to charge at the bank is just stupid.

The Credit Union of colorado, I put a check of $1000 deposit in my account, the next day they got the money but they still put it on hold. I spoke with a supervisor he said he did not care. I did asked for to give me an explanation why they do Bussiness like that. I ask for a Manager but the manager Samantha Garcia did not want to speak with me. Please make sure you report all this neglect to the BBB because this bank does not care about people they want to screw you up.

I'll give the interest rate a big 5. Service isn't the greatest and what's worse is the answering service. it's set up to hang up on you if not given all info to the robot. This in itself tells me how not important we are in regards to our loans. To be treated in that respect is so very rude beyond reason. I don't have the time to play telephone games and they should show some respect for us who keep their business going. Times are changing and so are the standards within respect and appreciation. SAD

I cannot begin to count the number of problems experienced with their website!!! When you call to get help there is just a run around. I have never known of any Credit Union that is so consistently deaf to their customer needs. Note that hey cannot even spell my name correctly (unless they edit their reply)!

I am a member with this credit union and I am very pleased. They are always so friendly, polite, and very professional. They have helped me with all questions and banking needs. I've only ever had 1 issue where their ATM shorted me on another bank account, but even though they have policies to follow to balance and verify funds, it was corrected in the allowed time and returned to my account as informed at the time I notified my shortage. I appreciate all the bankers and tellers within this branch.

Went in on 7/23 to try to get an auto loan with my cosigner. The staff member called me up and tried to take our social security numbers in the lobby of the building. I felt uncomfortable and caught off guard being asked our private information in the lobby. My cosigner and I went home and completed the application online. The next day I get an email stating that I have been denied and I have to call in to ask why. I call in and Rod at first can't find our application by our social security numbers or application number. He then talks to "funding" who lets him know that we are Texas residents and submitted Texas IDs with our application. We did not provide them with copies of our IDs or submit our ID number. We also provided them with our Pueblo Colorado address, we have been living and working here for months. Maybe I am wrong, but I believe she quickly looked at the application and saw we had a previous address in Texas and quickly declined us. I believe if there was any questions about the application she should have called us and confirmed our address. PLUS it "dinged" my credit score for them to run my credit. Rod's only suggestion was that i resubmit the application, which would further ding my credit. He didn't give me opportunity to talk to "funding" or a manager to figure out what was happening. Overall, 2 stars because Rod and the lady in the lobby were nice but I had a terrible experience and felt like they gave me "the run around".
