I want to appreciate the hard-working staff that truly operates this bank. We have accounts with four other banks around the state of Colorado and by far this bank is the best when it comes to in-person customer service. Vince is always smiling and is always willing to help or find the answer. Vince takes time to get to know me and provides great customer service. I think management and corporate should know how great Vince, Noel, and Caden are. Please give all these guys raises. They truly run this bank day in and day out. I will keep my business going to this bank because of them and the connection I have to those staff and how they make this bank feel very local.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK.Go elsewhere or keep your cash.

This bank feeds off the customers of the lower class almost ensuring poverty. Their system holds your charges till your money's been spoken for and doesn't let you know online or at the ATM so it ensures Overdraft upon Overdraft fee... they claim everything is instant.. YA WHATEVER... Reed the manager talked to my mother and law and wife super disrespectful and disclosed/ brought up a unconnected account info/ relationship.

I will be closing my account Monday 28th of November 2022 and contacting the FDIC to open a further investigation into the dealings of Inbank and the newly acquired against the will of the me or most legacy bank customers. AND Beyond.
