I was helped out today by Amber and she was amazing! As a first time banker I did not know what questions to ask but Amber made me feel just like I was in the right place! Rita Atencio is a great resource and asset to us as members of Security Service Federal Credit Union (at the Abriendo Avenue location). Not only did she assist in getting our business needs settled (opened accounts, updated info, etc.); she also demonstrated and passed on invaluable knowledge for us as consumers. She also was very warm and personable as she shared home-town stories of her own, relating to us almost as if we’re near-family members, aside from the SSFCU family.
