Matt went over and above to help my son and I set up our accounts. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism the entire time. He even offered his direct line in the event of a problem or other need. How great is that!

I was grated by this man named Edgar, the branch manager. I was trying to get a new card because I lost mine and I had no good id and took like 5 minutes to get my social security and this guy just tried everything possible to get me a new card. He called managers, emailed executive, ect it was really nice and he was just a nice guy to be around. I love Capitol A's customer service team. If there was more stars I'd give em to em.
