I've been with Steve and American Family Insurance for at least 30 years! Every contact with Steve ( and anyone else in the office) has always been positive. When I've had a claim ( and I'm unsure) Steve takes the time to explain each process with me! My daughter has insurance through Steve as well now. Vehicles, home, life and business!
Thank you for all your hard work!

This is a very trustworthy company. I’ve been with them for about four years now, and I’ve never had any issues. They always give me updates on office hours, and seem to take care of their employees well. Recently their prices have risen, without a clear reason why. I would still recommend them.

We had a unique situation last year with a hail claim at our mountain property. We live there most of the year and have another home in Castle Rock, CO that we live at the remainder of the year. Last year we weren’t at either property because we had a family emergency that took us out of state for an extended period of time. When we returned home we learned that we had hail damage because our ceiling showed signs of leakage. We didn’t have a clue as to when the damages occurred because we were gone. We turned it over to American Family and they sorted everything out and took great care of us. Can’t recommend the Steven Trujillo agency and American Family enough!
