I have nothing but good things to say about this Agency and the people in the office, especially RikkiAnn. I am buying my first home and had obviously shopped around for quotes, but not one of those other three agents I shopped around with took the time to explain the coverage and benefits or non benefits of that coverage, including my previous agent of almost 10 years. RikkiAnn was very thorough and efficient in explaining coverage and answering every question that I had. On top of that, going with Farmers is also saving me almost $100/ month on both my homeowners and auto policies! I would highly recommend Fabian Crespin office and RikkiAnn if you want to not only save money, but KNOW what kind of insurance you’re getting!

So bought a house about four years ago obviously got insurance, and we decided to use farmers. well an underground water line actually ruptured the first year and we had to file a claim, obviously stuff like that happens. No one's fault blah blah blah. Fast forward a couple years later and wind knocked down a tree, which in turn fell on a boat and tore up a bunch of electrical line coming from the house, again, stuff happens. No one's fault, that's why we pay for insurance. Anyway, these guys just decided to drop us from insurance altogether leaving us insuranceless and now we're pretty much blacklisted from every insurance agency in town. Ive went through State Farm for years. I never had any problems with them. But when purchasing a new home, I decided to call around and get quotes and farmers was actually half the price so I went with them, but now i'm dealing with this headache. Now not even State farm will take us back. i'm actually pretty appalled at the fact that we paid for insurance, have never been late 1 time on payments then when we actually use the insurance for stuff that is totally outside of our control, we get punished and dropped. Not sure if this is standard practice, but I'm almost 100% positive this would not be happening with State Farm. This place seemed like a super solid insurance agency, and the claims actually went pretty smoothly. Except for the fact that they burned us on paying for the boat but it's whatever. in conclusion, be aware of this because you definitely don't want to be in this situation. but I guess the old saying goes you get what you pay for I shoulda have stuck it out with state farm
