After having them for over 6 years. I gotta say they are crazy in head with the prices and quotes they’re giving out. Either there not making enough money or the employees are trying to make too much commission. A few days ago I had to renew my policy I went from $288 to $487 a month. Mind you I have a clean record with no tickets. I asked them why they had no explanation. Rip off is what it is. I Went with another great company with better prices.

Worse insurance company ever. They will delay your claim the longer they can. Agent in vacations every other week. No to talk about payments, I still haven't received the last one.

This company is sending threatening letters to me and I haven't had an insurance policy with them for over a year. I OWE THEM NOTHING. They had the audacity to send a collection notice threatening me that I owe them funds and I haven't held a policy with this overpriced company for over a year. If it continues I'll be reporting them to my state insurance regulatory office for harassment. Beware of this company.

Liberty mutual are rip off artists. I have been insured with them for 20 plus years. Need a simple home owners policy with my car insurance policies . They quote me 1 price when I go to purchase it doubles in price.

I have never had seen a more incompetent business in my life. You can’t get them to understand anything you need. And that’s if you can even get someone to talk to or that speaks any English you can understand. I tried to get a policy changed on a rental insurance and five times they couldn’t get it right. What a waste!!! Sure. Good prices. But hope you don’t have to speak with anyone. Be ready to push a whole bunch of buttons!!Horrible customer service!!

Do not work with Casey Payne Lead Sales Representative.. he lies about being able to match your current policy to get your business. . After repeating my self many times on the importance of matching my previous policy from Geico and him reassuring me he did, HE LIED! I switched over like 8 months ago and I now need a windshield replaced and I have no coverage!! He said we would call me back days ago and never heard back

My car insurance was going to be increased $100. No citations, no accidents. My insurance agent couldn't tell me why. He would look into it and get back to me. Never followed through so I went with progressive. Same coverage but $50 less a month. I just received a letter from a collection agency stating I owed for my final month of coverage. My agent nor anybody else attempted to contact me me. so now it's affected my credit. I sold my home in Arizona in 3 days to move 1500 miles away and been securing housing. Been quite busy. I was not trying to screw you guys JC. Never will I ever recommend this company that conducts themselves in a less than professional manner

Love love love liberty. I've been with them for over two years and I can't praise them enough. They make everything so easy. I've had to swap vehicles numerous times and it's been super easy no computers no answering services. Just real people in offices waiting to help you. I love it.
