Was promised to have my monthly premium decreased but it never was, then after checking up on my policy a few days before renewal I see that they added a random person as an insured driver onto my policy which increased my premium without any type of verification or notification. On top of it, I am never able to get ahold of my agent regardless of how many times I call or how many voice-mails I leave. 0/5 stars would be a more appropriate rating for this broker. Do not recommend.

Cant tell you more than from my experience they do not return calls. Called for a quote and waited for about 4 days and did not hear back. So I called again and the woman I spoke with assured me the agent would call me back as soon as she finished with another call. Must be a long call as it has been about 8 hours since I called... Though in all fairness this seems to be the industry standard nowadays. Shame
