John Trapp is our insurance agent and he's outstanding. My husband and I always feel like he's looking out for us and the minute we need anything or have questions regarding a certain aspect of our insurance, John's always been there to guide us. We just had a basement flood recently and John was there to support us and make sure we fully understood how our insurance covered the unfortunate incident and helped us file the claim. Definitely high on our list, Johns a great guy and is looking out for his clients best interests.

John Trapp and his staff are top notch! I have never had an agent take care of me as much as his agency. John looks out for his clients interests at all times, and has provided me with very sound advice. The other thing I appreciate about John's agency is the timeliness of their communication. I have a hectic work life but with BWM Insurance Agency handling my affairs, I never have to follow up twice. I always get prompt responses with clear answers.

I recently had to help my son get his own car insurance policy, after spending two days getting ridiculously high quotes from all the major insurers direct and feeling confused I was referred to Michael Wulff.
He was fantastic! Fast, polite and he patiently explained the entire policy options to me, we ended up with a really reasonably priced car insurance policy for my son ( who is a first time driver) and with great coverage.
I would 100% recommend for all insurance cover!

BWM has been a excellent insurance company to deal with! My wife was in a accident recently so I called Tim and he took care of it all. Our carrier is Auto- Owners , they contacted me immediately and walked me thru the process. We had the vehicle worked on at Village Auto in Batavia and they couldn't have communicated any better. The work to the vehicle was excellent! In fact my wife thinks the car handles and rides better now than when new! BWM and Auto-Owners took care of everything in a timely and professional manor. Gave them a 5 star which I normally don't do because I believe there is always room for improvement but not in this case, very deserving of the five star rating!
